Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi chose Elizabeth as a middle name for both daughters: Sienna Elizabeth was born Sept. 18, 2021, and younger sister Athena Elizabeth Rose arrived Jan. 25, 2025 at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. Edoardo is also father to Christopher “Wolfie” Woolf from a previous relationship.

Harry and Meghan’s choice

Prince Harry and Meghan named their daughter Lilibet Diana when she was born on June 4, 2021. Lilibet was a childhood nickname used by the Queen; a handwritten note signed "Lilibet" was placed by the Queen on Prince Philip’s coffin in April 2021.
