Tindall and his wife Zara, who are not working royals, often join the ceremonial procession alongside the king and other family members. He described travelling in historic state cars to the edge of the Great Park, a roughly 20-minute carriage route past schools where children wave flags, then turning onto the track as the anthem begins — a moment he called quite special.
